Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management organizes parent teacher meet thrice in a year for formal communication with the parents. The Parents and teachers both share a common treasure—the student. The parent teacher meet helps to communicate to parents the areas where the student is excelling and to give them specific information on how the student can improve on areas of weakness. First parent teacher meet is normally held during the month of August to share the college development model for student. Second meet is normally held in October and third in January for communicating the academic progress and overall conduct of the students.

Parents can also use online communication method i.e. Integrated Education Management System (IEMS), an internet based software which gives complete information on academics and other relevant information on real time basis. The IEMS gives details of marks, attendance, grades and notification sent by the class teacher or college to the parents.
