Mr. S.P. Oswal, whose brain child is SACCM, has set a vision of holistic college education. The vision includes both scholastic and co-scholastic parts of it. SACCM practices both the aspects sincerely with passion.

Teachers who are selected on merit are constantly developed to meet the latest academic standards by accessing the latest reading material concerning their knowledge domain. They are encouraged to participate in seminars and attend courses to improve teaching, learning, assessment and evaluation techniques. Correspondingly, students are convinced to go through the rigour of regularity in attending classes. Evaluation system focuses on the gaps if any, in the learning cycle of the students. Teachers and students sit together and decide teaching-learning targets. Individual specific inputs are carefully generated and students are motivated to complete learning in a time bound manner. Impact of the practice has been profound. In the year 2009-10, hundred percent students passing, 97% amongst them getting first divisions including three gold medals has proved the system qualitatively sustainable.

Developing communication abilities, empowering students to think independently, nurturing aesthetics and creativity by participation in performing arts and cultural activities form core activities of co-scholastic part of holistic education. Leadership habits are developed through student managed camps and adventure excursions in difficult terrains. Community feelings are generated by developing a sense of empathy for the elders, socially under-privileged and physically disabled. Students counseling sessions are organized with the help of highly qualified psychologists. Parents of the children are kept in the loop through an e-mode for keeping them informed on performance of their wards.
