Dear Students,

I took over the reins of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management on October 20, 2010 with full realization that I have to carry on the efforts being made to materialize the founder's vision of making it one of the best colleges of India. The College has already in a short span of six years established itself as a Centre of Excellence in undergraduate commerce and management education. This is evident from the fact that this college has been churning out several University toppers each year.

An opportunity to study at SACCM empowers a student to acquire knowledge and develop skills that will enable him to lead a highly productive, rewarding and holistic life. The students are exposed to learning through a well structured process of conceptual rigour and real life applications. The pedagogy is a rich blend of guided individual learning, group learning and interaction with experts.

I also believe that education is not just about teaching curriculum, it is also about the development of human intellect, capability to think independently and speak articulately. Through numerous student activities the College imparts all these life skills in students. Education in SACCM also emphasizes on development of personality, inter- personal skills and instilling the right values.
