Public Speaking


The College takes special care in developing public speaking skills of the students. This helps students in developing the ability to influence others towards positive action, develop their oratory skills and building persuasive skills.

Paper Reading

The college lays great emphasis to train students in overcoming stage fear, facing the audiences and learn presentation skills. Paper Reading is a mandatory part of curriculum for B.Com First Year and BBA First Year students.

Declamation

As an extension of public speaking activity, a regular declamation activity has been incorporated for the students of B.Com Second Year and B.B.A. Second Year. This activity enables the students in enhancing the preliminary public speaking skills acquired in First Year.


Debate

To foster democratic values of free and open discussions among students the College organizes Intra Class Debate Contest every year.

Presentations

Students are required to make presentations on various topics related to their curriculum to demonstrate their subject understanding as well as to improve their communication skills.
Group Discussion

The Group Discussion is an informal discussion in which participants of the same educational standard discuss a topic of current interest. The college organises group discussion sessions on various emerging topics to make students defend their arguments rationally while a addressing a group.
